Gareth started his professional career more than 25 years ago in technical and commercial roles in leading global technology companies and most recently advised thinkproject as Non-Executive Board Member.
He brings a unique insight into the technology and process automation requirements of construction businesses, with extensive experience gained from running software development operations involving numerous technology platforms within the AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) sectors.
Ralf joined thinkproject in 2017 with over 20 years’ experience in the technology sector encompassing the entire spectrum of financial, HR and legal topics, including mergers and acquisitions.
After studying technical business management in Germany and the UK, Ralf started his career at HP in Germany and France and was most recently Managing Director of B2X Care Solutions.
Anton joined thinkproject in 2018 as the company’s CSO and has since led the management of all sales units for the whole group.
With a background in sales at several software firms, he has put his extensive experience into use by overseeing the integration of new business units, plus the implementation of our Change Management processes.
For more than 15 years Alexander has provided support at thinkproject, starting in 2003 with technical customer support and as Head of Technical Account Management since 2008. Since 2018 he has been responsible for heading thinkproject’s customer service and customer development and plays a key part in the distribution and service of thinkproject overseas.
Alexander’s background of civil engineering and construction operations gives him a wealth of knowledge to help support thinkproject’s growth and expertise.
Ben has 18 years’ experience working with the construction industry and is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has held various roles on a variety of construction and maintenance contracts. As one of the founders of the contract management tool CEMAR, Ben leads the thinkproject UK team to ensure their SaaS solutions remain simple to use, compliant and effective.
As well as this Ben is also a member of the NEC4 Contracts drafting team and an NEC consultant. He has lectured extensively on NEC since 2008 as a tutor for Thomas Telford Limited.
Cristina Niculescu is responsible for the development of the Iberia and Latam markets whilst supporting thinkproject International expansion strategy. Cristina ensures that services delivered to customers are aligned with the needs of a constantly changing industry.
She joined thinkproject in September 2016 and counts on extensive experience in enterprise software solutions and digitalisation of the AEC industry. She holds an MSc in Energy and Environmental Sciences from Cranfield University and an MBA from IE Business School.
Jules joined thinkproject in 2011 and his since been responsible for the development of the Benelux market. He and the Benelux team support companies with their digital transformation, including strategies and concepts for digitisation, BIM implementation, strategic collaboration and information management.
In addition to a degree in Civil Engineering, he has more than eleven years of sales experience in the AEC market (Architecture, Engineering and construction). His passions lie in construction, people, collaboration and therefore offering his clients the best of these worlds.
Paulina Kostecka has been working for thinkproject since 2009. In 2018 she became Regional Manager in thinkproject Poland. She is also responsible for CEE market.
Her goal is to support construction companies in the process of digitalisation by identifying the best solutions for optimisation of processes.
Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Economics and MBA.
During her last years within the engineering services industry, Andrea focused mainly on IT recruiting, HR marketing and Learning & Development.
Since 2018, she has been responsible for HR at thinkproject and passionately enjoys working with her team to place thinkproject as a great employer.
Bernadette is the group Sales Operations Manager within thinkproject. In this role, she is responsible for improving sales and operations processes.
For nearly 25 years Bernadette has planned, designed and implemented business processes at leading technology companies such as Veritas, Hewlett-Packard and Mercury Interactive. She is passionate about supporting and managing Business Operations and Commercial Deal Desks.
Founder of thinkproject Thomas has over 25 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry. Thomas has been responsible for building up the group whilst laying the foundations we practice today, as well as heading the strategic direction and the international expansion of thinkproject.
Previously CEO of the group, since 2019 Thomas has taken on the role on non-executive board member, where he continues to advise thinkproject.
Peter is currently an advisor to several private equity firms and has advised thinkproject since 2017. His professional career has spanned 30 years, giving him a fantastic insight into businesses within the software and aerospace industry, to name a few.
