Consistent data and document base

The module Documents is the CONCLUDE CDE's central document repository. This is your control centre for all project-specific documents, plans, drawings and models. The customisable structure enables an easy overview of all your team's files. 

This is also where you can conveniently manage the inventory data of complete networks of more than 1,000 branches. The documents can be downloaded and forwarded at any time to ensure an efficient workflow and a quick exchange of information. Moreover, the integrated distribution board immediately tells you who received a certain document.

Automatic conversion, online editing and commenting

When saving a file in a common format on the platform a PDF copy is created automatically. These documents can be viewed and commented on without genuine software. Furthermore, Office formats can also be edited online.

During the automatic PDF conversion, a word index is created for all parties involved to quickly and easily access documents via the full-text search. With the text recognition software activated, you can also search scanned documents, such as invoices.
