The Project
The CEMAR software has been used on numerous NEC3 Term Service Contracts for maintenance projects under the ProCure21 and ProCure21+ frameworks. Our software will also be used on the newest ProCure22 Construction Procurement framework, which focuses on BIM, standardisation and innovation within infrastructure upgrades, new builds and refurbishments for the Department of Health.
ProCure22 builds upon the aims of ProCure21 and 21+ to drive stronger partnerships between the NHS BSA and their Principal Supply Chain Partners which includes Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try, Interserve, Kier, Willmott Dixon and IHP.
The Outcome
Starting with implementation of CEMAR in Hesketh House in Fleetwood, the system is now integrated within thirteen other buildings for various projects. As a mature client, NHS BSA are using CEMAR to its full advantage, and highlight the usefulness of having everything in one place, which eases the task of reporting across all frameworks.
The Client
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) was formed in 2005, providing support services for the NHS in England and Wales, including the management of NHS contractors’ works. Through a series of frameworks, NHS BSA have been able to strengthen relationships and deliver collaborative results.

Project Management For Redesign of The University Clinic Hamburg-Eppendorf
UKE achieved optimal plan management for the new clinic by implementing thinkproject’s rule-based, digital distribution. Print orders were also generated according to pre-set rules and forwarded to three different plan printing services in Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart. General documents, minutes, the planning manual and daily construction records were also managed using thinkproject.
